Sun Shine Gourmet Coffee is roasted in small batches by Gayla Malcom. Historically, she says she didn't care for coffee. Then, someone taught her how to roast and create a smooth product without the bitter aftertaste. You can regularly find Gayla at local farmer's markets, sharing her love of coffee. Now, via the Sagebrush Market website, we're shipping it across Wyoming.
