Sun Shine Gourmet Coffee is roasted in small batches by Gayla Malcom. Historically, she says she didn't care for coffee. Then, someone taught her how to roast and create a smooth product without the bitter aftertaste. You can regularly find Gayla at local farmer's markets, sharing her love of coffee.
